Select Service engineers are fully trained installers of Siemens Telephone Systems. We are able to offer installation, decommission, relocation, equipment repairs, maintenance and system support.

We provide a repair service for Siemens ISDX system cards, Optiset, Optipoint and Openstage phones, DX Power Supply Units, Operator Consoles and Rectifiers.
We provide a system support and installation service. We will assign one of our highly skilled engineers to your business. Their aim is to get to know you, your business, your system and how you want to use it.

After Realtis/iSDX ‘end of life’ was announced, manufacturers have now agreed to continue to release updates for the rumoured ‘obsolete’ system. The ‘end of life’ threats from manufacturers would have left businesses using these systems without continued updates and support and ultimately forced them to upgrade to new technology.

Advanced Cover: From Monday-Saturday 0900-1800 Excluding bank holidays, remote response: 2 hours, On-site response: 6 hours
Total Cover: 24/7, 365 days of the year, remote response: 2 hours, On-site response: 6 hours
We provide a decommission and relocation service, offering one fixed price for decommissioning your Siemens ISDX-L or Realitis DX phone system.
